Meet Garrett, an accomplished audio professional with a career spanning over two decades. His journey began in 1999 at a prominent recording facility and audio restoration house in Toronto. As a sound engineer and producer, he immersed himself in the world of music, collaborating with talented singer/songwriters, bands, and voice actors. With a passion for vintage microphones and a mastery of analogue recording techniques, Garrett carved a niche for himself in the industry.

Throughout his career, Garrett has honed his skills in various aspects of audio production. His expertise encompasses sound editing, sound design, and mixing, as well as dialogue editing and mastering. He is well-versed in recording, ADR mixing, and performance capture audio recording. Notably, Garrett is trained on proprietary recording tools used by video game developers, including renowned names like 2K, Ubisoft, and Bioware.

In 2008, Garrett took his talents to Los Angeles. Over the years, he has contributed to a diverse range of projects, including motion pictures, video games, TV episodes, and prime-time commercials. Garrett has lent his expertise to more than 200 video games published by industry giants like Microsoft, EA, Activision, Ubisoft, and others. His impressive portfolio boasts collaborations with esteemed companies such as Riot, Capcom, Namco Bandai, Nintendo, Sony, Konami, and Warner Brothers.

With a dedication to his craft, Garrett is currently serving his 3rd term as a board member of the prestigious Motion Picture Sound Editors. His contributions to the industry have garnered recognition, as evidenced by his 10 MPSE Golden Reel nominations.

In 2017, Garrett established Pacific Coast Audio Post LLC, a company specializing in game dialogue editorial, mastering, localization mastering, and remote recording. Skills and services also extend to field recording, linear audio post-production, analog synthesis, and Eurorack modular, showcasing his commitment to staying at the forefront of audio innovation.
